Restore a purchase

Open Word Daze, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. You need to be signed in to the same Apple account you bought with.

Progress on a new phone

Progress is backed up through iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple account, make sure iCloud is on for Word Daze, and it will come across.

The daily puzzle won't load

Check you are online and try again. The daily puzzle is the one thing the app fetches. Everything else works offline.
